Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
SHIPPING POLICY
All our products ship within 3 - 5 business days once order has been placed. When your order is placed, we begin preparing your products. Custom orders take 2-3 weeks to process, please refer to our Custom Orders for more details. Once you place a custom order, we will provide you with an estimate time and date for shipping.
USPS is the preferred carrier for our shipments, unless you've selected a different carrier. Shipments may take up to 3-5 business days, please take into consideration Holidays, when placing an order.
All Ventura residents can count with free delivery by selecting the Delivery option. We also offer pick-up during our various pop-up markets. Please reach out to us if you are interested in pick-up for a complete list of the monthly market calendar.
Custom orders may vary processing and shipping. A timeline will be establish when placing an order. If customer needs to adjust the timeline once the order is placed, they must communicate immediately to our team at cielitolindocandleshop@gmail.com. If our team cannot fulfill the order timeline as requested after production begins, customer will lose their deposit or receive a 50% return of the total cost of the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, our products are delicate and if not hadled with care, can arrive broken or in bad conditions. In these cases, we ask that you please contact us at cielitolindocandleshop@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order so we can offer you a refund if item/s arrive to your home broken. We must receive proof of shattered/bad conditioned item/s within the first 5 days you first received your product/s.
